Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy governs cancellations and refunds for services and products offered by AMY Technologies including but not limited to software development, website & app development, digital marketing, branding, and ERP solutions.

By purchasing any service or product from AMY Technologies you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation Terms

  • A cancellation request must be sent in writing (via email to amytechnologies2024@gmail.com or to our official business phone +91 73394 46882) and should clearly state your name/company, service/product purchased, invoice/order number, and reason for cancellation.
  • For service engagements (e.g., website development, mobile app development, branding, digital marketing):
  • If you cancel before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any advance/payment made, minus any third-party costs already incurred (for example domain registration, stock assets, third-party licenses), which will be deducted.
  • If you cancel after work has commenced but before delivery, we will evaluate the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any time and materials incurred will be charged, and the remaining balance (if already paid) will be refunded after deducting these costs.
  • Once final delivery is accepted or the project is launched/live, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued.
  • For product sales/licences (e.g., software licences, SaaS products, ERP modules):
  • If you cancel within [for example 7 business days] of purchase and no usage has occurred (no login/access or deployment), we may process a refund of the licence fee, minus an administrative charge of [for example 10 %].
  • If you have accessed the software, logged in, or consumed the service, no refund is permitted.
  • Customisations, integrations, or add-ons are non-refundable once commenced.
  • For maintenance, support contracts, and recurring services:
  • These may be cancelled at the end of the current billing term (monthly/quarterly/annually) by giving us at least 30 days’ written notice. Pre-paid fees for future periods are non-refundable.
  • AMY Technologies reserves the right to refuse a cancellation request if the above conditions are not met or if the request is made in bad faith or for reasons outside these policy guidelines.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process any eligible refund within 30 calendar days.
  • Refunds will be made by the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
  • Any bank transfer charges, currency conversion costs, or payment gateway fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you owe AMY Technologies any outstanding amounts (for services rendered or costs incurred), we reserve the right to offset the refund payment against those amounts.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Work that has been completed and delivered (or accepted) by you.
  • Software licences, subscriptions, or services where usage has commenced and you have accessed the system.
  • Custom development, modification or bespoke integrations once initiated.
  • Domain registration, hosting setup, third-party software purchases or other pass-through costs incurred before cancellation.
  • Support or maintenance fees covering a period already elapsed or consumed.
  • Cancellation requests made after the agreed delivery/live date without a valid reason covered by this policy.

5. Disputes & Exceptions

  • All cancellation & refund requests will be reviewed by AMY Technologies. The decision of AMY Technologies is final and binding.

  • AMY Technologies reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time, and the revised version will apply to services/products purchased after the effective date of the revision.
