1. Services Provided
Amy Technologies offers a range of IT solutions, including but not limited to software development, web design, and IT consulting services.
2. Client Obligations
Clients must provide necessary and accurate information for project completion.
3. Payment Terms
a. Upon landing page design confirmation, the client will pay 60% of the total project cost as an advance.
b. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery.
c. All Confirmation Charges are nonrefundable
4. Project Timeline
We provide an estimated timeline for project completion, subject to change based on client feedback.
5. Revisions and Feedback
Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as agreed in the project scope. Extra revisions may incur additional charges.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed work will transfer to the client. We reserve the right to use non-confidential work for our portfolio.
