AMY Technologies is a software development and IT service provider offering web development, mobile applications, ERP software, digital marketing, and branding services.
As most of our offerings are digital products and online services, there is no physical shipping involved. However, this Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we deliver our products and services to our clients.


2. Digital Product Delivery

  • All software products, licences, digital files, and project deliverables are provided electronically.
  • After completion or purchase, the client will receive access credentials, download links, or project files via email or our official communication channels.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the project scope and service type. Typical delivery timelines are:
  • ERP / Software Solutions: 10–30 business days (depending on customization)
  • Website Development: 7–21 business days
  • Mobile App Development: 15–45 business days
  • Digital Marketing / SEO Services: Delivered continuously as per the agreed plan or monthly schedule.
  • Once the project or product is delivered digitally, confirmation will be shared via email or through your dedicated project dashboard.

3. Physical Deliveries (If Applicable)

In rare cases where AMY Technologies provides physical materials — such as printed brochures, marketing materials, QR code prints, or branded merchandise —

  • Products will be shipped via reputed courier services (e.g., India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, etc.).
  • A tracking ID will be shared with you once the product is dispatched.
  • Delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of order or invoice.

4. Delivery Delays

We strive to meet all committed delivery timelines. However, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as:

  • Server or hosting downtime
  • Client delay in providing required content, approvals, or credentials
  • Technical errors, payment issues, or unforeseen events
    In such cases, the revised delivery schedule will be communicated promptly.

5. Confirmation of Delivery

For all digital products and services, delivery will be considered complete when:

  • Login credentials, API access, or final project links are shared successfully.
  • The client confirms receipt via email or project closure message.
  • The project or module is uploaded to the client’s live server or hosting environment.

6. Non-Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your product/service within the specified delivery time:
